Green Days

During the Green Days phase, your test results will show what your body is extremely intolerant to, moderately intolerant to and foods that have the least negative reaction on your body. It’s important to pay attention to your wellbeing during your Green Days in order to track your progress and identify what health symptoms may be impacted by your diet.

People often report that they start to feel an improvement in their overall wellbeing during this time, which is great! That’s exactly what it’s for! You’re resetting your body and giving it a break from anything that doesn’t agree with it, so it can become its happiest, healthiest self.

The Re-Introduction

During the Re-Introduction phase, you will begin to re-introduce extremely intolerant to moderately intolerant foods back into your diet. Remember, eating a lot of aggravating foods can cause your body to be less resilient in general? Well, after the Green Reboot your body may have become better equipped to handle different kinds of foods. So, this is the perfect time to test different foods from your list and see what your body tells you.

Create a list of your top ten foods, then test them one at a time. Each food will take 5 days to test, during which time you will observe any symptoms that may arise from the foods you eat. Now, here’s the important part: since intolerances may cause symptoms days later, it is important to stick to the schedule and not add other foods in between.

By observing your body’s feedback, you will begin to build a new list of tried and tested safe foods. Maybe you thought the dairy was causing your tummy issues, but it turns out, it’s not. This personalized and proofed food list will be the basis for your New Normal.
